Horrible company! - Forensic Scientist Atlantic Diagnostic Laboratories Employee Review

There is too much favoritism and bias within the company. Some employees are allowed to rearrange their schedule to avoid using PTO, while others are required to use PTO, as an example of favoritism. Raises and promotions are denied based off personal feelings and not professional experience. Very unprofessional company. There is no progression in the laboratory or room to improve. They limit their employees on what they are allowed to do.
