Pros

I love my job for so many reasons, but the biggest one is because we are a family. I look forward to waking up and spending my days with the people I work with, in every position in the restaurant. My leaders and teammates are a group of some of the most incredible people I have met in 20 years in this industry. Also, the food!!! Where else can you work where you love the food so much, you come in on your day off to eat it!!!

Cons

Cons? There are none. It's restaurant job. We work long days, weekends and holidays, but we make great $ and have fun doing it.

They listen, care about me as a person, let me be me, help in many ways than work stuff, and know me by name (those that work in the main office)

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything, other than it does get a little chaotic, but I like that. It keeps me going

Pros

It's a popular spot right now and the food is expensive. Easy to upsell Co workers (not management) High volume If you drink the Kool aid you can actually have a pretty good chance at career development. There was one manager who actually gave a crap about her staff.

Cons

They say they are a chill place to work but they are essentially corporate at this point. Think Chilli's or Applebee's. Poor management CEO apparently doesn't let guests modify things? Bartenders in centennial make no money Scheduling ( if you get on the bad side of management your shifts will be gone)
