Pros

I chose to work here because of the flexibility with a work/life balance. I’ve found some of my favorite work friends here. It’s busy but the entire restaurant works well as a team.

Cons

The high volume of guests can be a lot if you’re not ready for it or not able to handle it.

They listen, care about me as a person, let me be me, help in many ways than work stuff, and know me by name (those that work in the main office)

Cons

Honestly I can't think of anything, other than it does get a little chaotic, but I like that. It keeps me going

Pros

It's a popular spot right now and the food is expensive. Easy to upsell Co workers (not management) High volume If you drink the Kool aid you can actually have a pretty good chance at career development. There was one manager who actually gave a crap about her staff.

Cons

They say they are a chill place to work but they are essentially corporate at this point. Think Chilli's or Applebee's. Poor management CEO apparently doesn't let guests modify things? Bartenders in centennial make no money Scheduling ( if you get on the bad side of management your shifts will be gone)
