Worst HR Culture, No Growth, Pure Politics — Avoid This Place - Anonymous employee Atos-Syntel Employee Review

People are stuck at Atos-Syntel on vendor payroll for three years, and they experience has been nothing short of terrible. After all this time, the salary is still ₹2.81 LPA — no increment, no promotion, no change in role. Absolutely zero growth. This alone shows how little the company cares about its people. The management here runs completely on favoritism and politics. One “favorite” employee controls everything, micromanages the whole team, questions people for leaving on time, and behaves like they own the place and people. Instead of stopping this nonsense, management openly supports it. Employees are told external staff will never be converted to internal, yet someone(external) who left was later hired back internally within few months— proof that it’s all about internal politics and personal relationships, not merit or rules. It’s disgusting. What makes this worse is that all of this toxic behavior is happening inside the HR department. If HR itself is biased, loud, unprofessional, and constantly pushing people to overwork, then imagine the state of the rest of the company. Complaints go nowhere. Concerns are ignored. No one takes responsibility. The work culture at the SEEPZ, Andheri (East) is unhealthy, demotivating, and completely opposite of what Atos claims to be internationally. I have worked directly for Atos before in 2017, and the difference is shocking. I had a great experience when I was at ATOS but now this it seem horrible! The vendor-payroll environment here is the worst I’ve seen and desperately needs serious action from senior leadership.
