Manager are quit helpful Good learning environment for fresher’s to join (if they soon got the project after training) Good onsite opportunity even for fresher’s. Work time is flexible for me (but not in other projects)
Cons
Lot of firing in year 2009 for fresher's as well as for experience one (may be because of recession) but they have also done in June 2011 in good market which hampers his name in the market. So you fell less job security. Don't think for good compensation or salary hike for fresher’s. Senior management listens you only when you resign and accept all of you demands till some points as retention policy. But if you didn't take your resignation back they will not listen any thing from you and force you to stay and complete your 90 days of notice period even show you the real syntel. Variable pay doesn’t except more than 70% and even less what they promises. They hire the people but they don't know how we can use these resources. I have seen many experience guys even 7+ are on a bench for more than 10 to 12 months.
