Pros
Pros and cons are largely dependent on the project that you are working on but almost all agree that the campus is good (though overcrowded now). In my project particularly there were lot of onsite opportunities (if one is interested)
Cons
Don't ever join syntel if you want to grow technically. Lot of red-tape processes. You would hardly see HR. because most projects are US based, employees are expected to stay till late to attend calls/meetings (this is nothing specific to syntel, but problem in any service based IT company in India)
