I am sure the you all are nice people but you really need to hear out peoples' concern and be nice and be aware that mental health is important. In today's society, mental health is held in such importance but it seems like in this company, it is simply brushed off like it's nothing. They need to improve how to manage their employees and learn to adapt to different generations that they are hiring. Felt like they did not know how to accommodate and communicate with the younger/current generation.
