Pros
Kind coworkers and plenty of opportunities to learn new things from the company with their learning modules.
Cons
Working as contract can be stressful at times due to the large workload with little time to complete it. Though, I never got moved from my project I had quite a few associates that were being moved around quite often which at times required them to relocation in less than a week. Work hours can be bad if you need to be in constant contact with offshore team.
