Pros
Good training department Exposure to different domain including banking, finance, insurance, capital markets etc. Provides transportation, options Good for learning at start of career.
Cons
Onsite opportunities are there but requires long wait. Shift jobs are little hectic, not much extra penny. Appraisal depends on lot of things from performance and clearing levels in their internal career profile. Do not recommend to be on bench for a long time(more than a month)
