Above said are dependent on your manager and the way he or she likes you. If not you are screwed. Worst appraisal process. No matter what you do, you always get a silly response from manager during the appraisal discussion. Onsite managers are far worse and they keep you in rotation. Doesn't really matter on how best you perform. Very poor pay grades when compared to market value. Most chances are that you get 20% to 40% of market value
