I came in US on H1B from Syntel. They are putting lot of bonds and rules. Asking to much money for bond break. There Health insurance is very bad. Employee contribution is 450 per month and dedutables 4000 in a year. Very difficult to afford this. They are not processing the green card. During hiring they will let all these stuff and they will cheat you.
