Pros
probably a decent amount but i don’t care to give them any positive notes
Cons
Most companies offer incentives to get the covid vaccine. This company took over our community which previously did not require vaccinations and threatened to fire me if I did not get a vaccine. They fired people who worked for the community for years and were loved by the residents due to old instances on their background check, one of which especially had proven the be trustworthy and reliable. It’s been months and we still haven’t found someone to fill our maintenance position. They promised to replace equipment and other things but we haven’t seen anything, our ovens have broken twice more since then and had to be fixed going a week without one at a time. When they took over their people messed up our internet and the kitchen office didn’t have internet for a month before they got it fixed. The take over was very sloppy, corporate would ask why we weren’t wearing Atria uniforms when they came to visit but none were sent for about a month. The kitchen didn’t get any information on what we were to do for menus for quite a while too, we were just making it up weekly. My health insurance cost taken out of my check went up over $100 while i was only given a $0.36 raise. (basically losing money working here now) Which leads to another point, i was due for my raise with the original company that hired me in, and i planned to be pretty firm on atleast $0.50 until they came and gave everyone a % of wage raise. The hiring process with Atria is so slow and we’re understaffed struggling.
