Benefits, the residents, coworkers, schedule

Cons

Hard to find staff that wants to work. It's all about making the GM gets his bonuses while the rest of the staff gets only 5% of the salary. And next thing you know it's they say that and order from upper management has said no to the bonuses .. don't even know if this is legal. Work load is insane. They want you doing 2 or even 3 different roles ..
