      Pros

      It's a good hospital. Good locations. There's only two options in Charlotte, CHS and Presbyterian. I make decide to work there if they pay more.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. The pay makes us feel unappreciated. We truly deserve more and it's not fair. We have student loans, mortgages, rent and kids.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
