      CHS has great benefits for its employees and they try to adjust to what you want. It's also comprised of amazing people who love to care for their patients.

      It can feel like you're underpaid for what you do and sometimes all of your skills are not utilized fully.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
