      Carolinas HealthCare System is a great place to work! Great benefits and LiveWell incentives. Make sure you take advantage of these. Awesome maternity program and return to work program. PTO accrual starts off at 17 days per year for the first year and increases each year. Great work culture and corporate values.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
