Fair performance appraisals that minimize favoritism. H.R. has made the evaluation process simple and consistent. Some really inspirational leaders and teammates. Successfully promote a feeling of unity despite the large size of the organization.
Cons
Competency of Management can be inconsistent from facility to facility. Nurse pay is low and there is not a lot of competition in the area.
