Pros
Many hard workers who work together through all the management changes.
Cons
The staff works very hard however the harder you work, the more management takes advantage. It has been a wonderful place to work until the last 2-3 years when everything has become about charts and numbers ($$). Management is good at TALKING about how patient care comes first but then makes it impossible for you to deliver by having outdated equipment, cramming too many patients into a schedule and working you until you are completely wore out on a daily basis. It seems the ones pushing the numbers have forgot what it takes to be able to provide the EXCELLENT CARE that they keep talking about. Oh, and expect to increase your work often but your income will never reflect it. Over 11 years and no raise (other then across the board, cost of living, which is also a joke).
