Pay is decent. They offer training

Cons

They explode employees worse than a call center. Employees medical needs are disregarded, only thing they care is you picking up their calls. People that have been in management for years are not held accountable for the way they treat employees.

Easy onboarding Good benefits Great clinical staff and patient support

Cons

Poor practice management; does not understand the needs of the population we are serving and offering innovative solutions is shot down to just follow status quo
