New hires aren't given enough protocol training and not one single site follows the same protocols. If you ask for additional training to be more productive in additional areas of a practice, you are told "we'll see". Management at corporate needs a major overhaul!! They all seem to have received their promotions by who they know rather than what they know. And that is also how they promote their onsite practice managers.
