Pros
Atrium has a lot of different perks available to employees but it depends on where you work and your field. It is a good place to start and get experience. Lots of exposure to different professionals and areas of healthcare. They have healthcare benefits which they have greatly improved over time and is one of the benefits of working there. More education is valued which is a good thing in the medical field but something to keep in mind. Tuition assistance offered but will not fully supplement all classes taken depending on course. Teammates work together to get work done and health eachother,
Cons
You need to advocate for yourself earlier on to be able to move into different roles. More educational benefit changes. Need to negotiate more starting out because getting a raise can be difficult. (I wish I would have known this) Might require job.
