Pulled the ole bait & switch in regards to pay & scheduling - Patient Safety Attendant Atrium Health Employee Review

They constantly hire Patient Safety Attendants for Full time shifts that they don't have to offer. Your schedule is 3 days a week from 7:00-7:00 at one location. They will either give your shift to a PSA on the Resource Team or put you in the system as on-call as your getting ready for you scheduled shift. The expectation is that you clear your schedule to be vailable for them in case they made a mistake. You only get paid $2.50 an hour when they do that. Basically paid $30 day to clear your schedule. Not even minimum wage. This happens every single week. What a disappointment and a scam
