Pros

Weekends off, great benefits, and depending on the location you work it has a good work environment.

Cons

As a CMA, it's better going to school to make more as a nurse. For the 2nd highest paying, the starting pay was $13/hr. Some people it took 5 years to get $15 and me it took 3 years. My first pay raise after a year was 10cents. Not really a liveable wage is what I'd say be a con. 2nd, as a CMA, depending on the company there's no career growth. I do know it's not with this company
