      Pros

      People are great, a lot of nice restaurants to eat at on breaktimes. Nice location/facility

      Cons

      Place doesn't care about you as a worker. Worked here for 2 years just to try to land a job in their ICU and wasn't even offered an interview despite shadowing on the unit, meeting the manager, and being a hard worker with years and years of prior healthcare experience.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
