Transferrable positions that align with your needs or goals. All of my leaderships fostered environments that encourage career development and advancement.
Cons
Cons experienced during my time with the company have been human resource related. HR reps (remote) and have become more lax in their roles and proficiency. Advocate/ negotiate pay. Pay disparity amongst teammates is disheartening. Little to no pay increase without transferring to new position that is not considered a lateral move.
