      Very flexible shifts, resources are great. people are friendly.

      Cons

      The facility often did not give staff lunch breaks or a place take lunch break . They are not very team oriented. Communication was often lacking between managment and staff.

      easy job if you're experienced in research

      Cons

      (this is for the peds research dept) -management is horrible -prepare to be micromanaged on every little task -expected to call patients at night
