Residents were terrific. Several staff members were wonderful

As a management company, Atrium in OH sucked all the money out and expected the local staff to "get by" with practically nothing. The wages are the lowest around for frontline staff. The managers that have been there awhile are complacent - they've seen new people come and they've seen them go...nothing much changes...dust keeps piling up in the corners. So sad! By the time the property owners were paid, and the management company took their cut, there was barely anything left to take care of the residents.
