Pros

None, Not a single one.

Cons

This company does not care about you; they only care about their money and their star ratings. Problems rarely ever get solved and everything is swept under the rug. Training is inadequate and there are very few opportunities to continue training/education; PayCom online courses are a joke. Good workers are pushed to their limits and burnt out, while those with less work ethic and motivation are retained and praised. Everyone loses their mind when there is a slight chance State could be in the building; 'proactive' is not in their vocabulary. If you're not in the 'in crowd', you're all the way out.

Pros

Employees and residents are the highlight of the day.

Cons

Corporate has unrealistic expectations and expect their admins to put money before care. We had rooms with significant damage and corporate would require admissions into rooms with holes in the wall, no staff to care for them etc. No support from the corporate team.
