Pros

Small facility, employees actually have time to care for the residents and get to know them. Stress free, kind caring staff.

Cons

Of course...PAY. Atrium living drastically needs to raise the pay scale for ALL departments. It’s a wonderful facility, but turn over is high..people can not live off these wages without a second income.

None, Not a single one.

Cons

This company does not care about you; they only care about their money and their star ratings. Problems rarely ever get solved and everything is swept under the rug. Training is inadequate and there are very few opportunities to continue training/education; PayCom online courses are a joke. Good workers are pushed to their limits and burnt out, while those with less work ethic and motivation are retained and praised. Everyone loses their mind when there is a slight chance State could be in the building; 'proactive' is not in their vocabulary. If you're not in the 'in crowd', you're all the way out.
