Pros

It is an employee owned company which is a benefit. PTO time is based on how long you have been working here and if your part-time or full-time. The hours are nice for my position. I work 8:30-5:30 Mon-Fri.

Cons

They pay horrible compared to other skilled nursing facilities. They allow no money in the budget to train staff. With a new administrator we are struggling with communication.

None, Not a single one.

Cons

This company does not care about you; they only care about their money and their star ratings. Problems rarely ever get solved and everything is swept under the rug. Training is inadequate and there are very few opportunities to continue training/education; PayCom online courses are a joke. Good workers are pushed to their limits and burnt out, while those with less work ethic and motivation are retained and praised. Everyone loses their mind when there is a slight chance State could be in the building; 'proactive' is not in their vocabulary. If you're not in the 'in crowd', you're all the way out.
