Pros

There isn't anything good I can say about this company.

Cons

Everyone acts blind when you bring up a problem. This company has a "mean girls" culture that starts at the top. They don't follow their own "House Rules" or even their Motto. It's a shame that state is in the building every month and corporate rushes in to play clean up instead of regular educations and regular rules to follow.

None, Not a single one.

Cons

This company does not care about you; they only care about their money and their star ratings. Problems rarely ever get solved and everything is swept under the rug. Training is inadequate and there are very few opportunities to continue training/education; PayCom online courses are a joke. Good workers are pushed to their limits and burnt out, while those with less work ethic and motivation are retained and praised. Everyone loses their mind when there is a slight chance State could be in the building; 'proactive' is not in their vocabulary. If you're not in the 'in crowd', you're all the way out.
