I think our company fosters a work environment that prioritizes team work and employee growth. New ideas and collaborative strategy is encouraged. Most of my satisfaction in working for Atrium comes from knowing that my peers respect and prioritize the company’s vision to provide great patient care. We all entered this industry with the intention of helping others and the culture of Atrium helps to keep this idea front and center.

None, Not a single one.

Cons

This company does not care about you; they only care about their money and their star ratings. Problems rarely ever get solved and everything is swept under the rug. Training is inadequate and there are very few opportunities to continue training/education; PayCom online courses are a joke. Good workers are pushed to their limits and burnt out, while those with less work ethic and motivation are retained and praised. Everyone loses their mind when there is a slight chance State could be in the building; 'proactive' is not in their vocabulary. If you're not in the 'in crowd', you're all the way out.
