Pros

Home type environment, 12 hour shifts, primarily stable job, close to home for most, primarily enjoyable Co-workers. Present Management usually easy to get along with for most.

Cons

Raises too small and far between to speak of, wage is low on average scales, no shift differential, required documentation systems have daily potential to consume far more time than is available to complete, write ups are not based on unchanging criteria but can be based on personality perceptions.

Pros

None, Not a single one.

Cons

This company does not care about you; they only care about their money and their star ratings. Problems rarely ever get solved and everything is swept under the rug. Training is inadequate and there are very few opportunities to continue training/education; PayCom online courses are a joke. Good workers are pushed to their limits and burnt out, while those with less work ethic and motivation are retained and praised. Everyone loses their mind when there is a slight chance State could be in the building; 'proactive' is not in their vocabulary. If you're not in the 'in crowd', you're all the way out.
