      Pros

      The department I worked for specifically was Radiology and it was amazing! One of my favorites as an employee - they really cared and were family friendly. I never found another department quite as special as this one.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great in several departments and they typically don't offer over the midpoint of the scale. There wasn't a lot of room for advancement.

      Pros

      Met lots of people and developed my networking skills. Was adequately prepared to be a presenter at the Southern Regional Orientation Workshop (SROW).

      Cons

      Not the fault of the office or school; smaller campus just meant fewer people and opportunities.

      Pros

      Teaches you how to be organized, meet a lot of great people, benefits are decent

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. Leadership does not care about you. You get in trouble for clocking in 7 or 8 mins too early or too late (point system). No career conversations. No career pathing. It isn't normal to want to talk about your career.
