Pros

+ Remote work - I decide when and where I work + Salary - I get pretty good money that allow me live almost wherever I want + Clear and transparent ways of measuring people's effectiveness and productivity + Many opportunities for projects and positions + I've learned a lot already and still will learns much more

Cons

- Some managers are not good leaders - After certain point I feel like touching a glass ceiling - The company should rethink the positions names and make it more possible to earn more without drastically changing the role

This is a shell company with no IP. They purchase distressed assets and get as much as they can in terms of revenue. There is little to no investment in product development.
