Working at Aurea is not about what is sensible, what is good for employees or customers - it is about squeezing out the last little bit of money from everyone and everything, and about following the (quite newly thought out) playbooks to the letter, regardless if this makes sense in a given situation or not. Employee know-how is not valued at all, they treat people with a strong "everyone is interchangeble at all times" attitued which kills morale and is, of course, often not true.
