Not bad but cheap pay - Machine Operator Auria (UK) Employee Review

The work is all right not that hard. The management is so easy they are lazy as well. That’s why the workers are lazy too, but we like it. They pay weekly working in here. You must have high seniority, which means you win a bid and get chosen for a desire posted position. Never work in factory before, but this rule is ridiculous. Also, they have union so even though you don’t wanna pay for union they say oh it’s not compulsory, but I don’t know why my paychecks still get deducted for union fee. Crazy, isn’t it?
