Pros

They are willing to hire anyone, no matter how unqualified. The office is air-conditioned, and the air conditioner is almost always working.

Cons

High turnover rate. Low salary (compared to similar positions in other companies). Slow career progression. Often expected to work overtime on short notice with minimal or no overtime pay. Managing director is verbally abusive and often raises his voice. More time is spent on meetings, scoldings, and discussions than on actual work. Employees are expected to be contactable even on off days.

Pros

Hard working people! Honest, fair, ethical, learning how to grow with the challenges of being a global company, but on a start-up basis in the US. Excellent ideas, outstanding product.

Cons

You just have to know this is a small organization compared to it's mammoth competitors, so things move at a different pace. That CAN be an advantage, also.

Pros

Fair pay, good healthcare benefits, 401k matching, diverse teams, input is heard from employees on ideas, small to mid-sized company that is growing, decent work/life balance, positive impact on nurses and patients.

Cons

Team messaging and expectations are different for each region, favoritism towards some, lacking strong leadership, transparency and communications is inconsistent, C-suite doesn't consistently grasp day-to-day challenges and sometimes is not open to feedback, no remote or hybrid work schedules in place.
