Parking close to the building is cool when it's cold outside. No vending machines or junk food. No snacks are provided. If you're a stress eater it can be good...or bad, depending on your fitness goals.
Cons
Outdated technology doesn't lend itself to resume building. Hard to stay current working on legacy systems. Java...a microcosm of a macrocasm. Also...waterfall that is called Agile is still waterfall, IMO.
Some flex hours, can work from home if needed. Jeans on Friday, some free luncheons Some nice coworkers There's really not much I can say here unfortunately
Cons
Too many to list! Upper management turns a blind eye to problems! Not enough training Pay not good for all that's expected
Turnover is very high
There are people in place that are talented and work well together.
The tech and concepts are great but implementation is poor, to say the least.
Cons
There are too many people that are unqualified and scared of change and / or intelligent people. Management is clueless and for the most part a huge part of the problem.
The office is not nice, it is conveniently located, but it basically a warehouse with carpet and air conditioning.
