Pros
I worked at Porsche Bellevue in Sales. The brand it self is a pro. Profit margins are pretty decent. Good people working there. Since it is corporate, there is a lot of growth potential. If you have half a brain and know the right people, you will get promoted eventually. It is evident in there stores.
Cons
The corporate environment just was not great coming from a family owned dealership. They are very cheap and clueless on what is actually happening at the store level. No desks for sales people blows my mind at a Porsche store. It is run like a Ford store in all aspects with just the brand being luxury. All of your higher ups have only experience on the domestic side and rarely luxury. So they have no idea how to treat high end clients.
