Sales Managers pay plan was completely exploitable if dealership was run well health insurance was cheap you determine your own income

Cons

sales staff moving to carmax style pay plan car business with autonation no longer a self starter environment

Pros

Introduction / pathway into higher ticket sales, negotiation experience and networking with clientele. Some of the best benefits compared to other Automotive companies.

Cons

Unfortunately I’ve dealt with harassment, religious discrimination, and just blatant disrespect on a daily basis. I look forward to leaving.
