WIP and GP Reports not readily accessible to estimators to monitor targets for monthly goals. Cannot confirm what commission pay is based on. Too much secrecy. And the phrase " It doesn't matter what people think of you is BS at AutoNation. Estimators are paid on CSI "aka" what the customer thinks of their experience at AutoNation and it reflects on estimator pay check even if it's a poor vehicle detail or if customer is upset with insurance company. By far the WORST collision company I've ever worked for in over 14 years. Employees are #s not people.
