I beleive better benefits due to large corporation. I can get my car worked on while I'm at work and its ready when I get off work and I get a discount on parts and service. I also can get discount to purchase a new or used vehicle's by working for company. , I love that due to it's a hassel to have make arrangements to go pick up your car after work. Great team members to work for, we are all like family. I have been with company, 28 years and I love my job.
