Pros
The people here make up the best possible environment to work in. The comrradre here is unbelievable. We are like a family, and everyone tries to help eachother out, no matter what dept you work for. I started here as a receptionist, then moved up to lot tech, then to parts, and now I am selling cars. The opportunity here is great and wouldn't want to work for any other store. Not only that, we have been one of the Top Jeep stores for a long time. I lok forward to my advancement and what the future holds for me in this company.
Cons
The only "con" I can conjure up is that the building itself is too small for the amount of traffic we see on the daily. I think we need to have a bigger lot as well as a building to accomodate the large volume of people we see.
