Pros
My favorite things is the family atmosphere. Autonation really tries to help you balance work and life. The pay is very competitive. They listen to my suggestions for new equipment, and Autonation is willing to spend money on new technology.The new technology especially in the collision and repair industry really helps us be more efficient and satisfy our customer needs. I am a manager and truly have some great associates that work for me.
Cons
The long hours sometimes are hard on my family. The waiting period for benefits is kind of long. I hope there will be changes to that as soon as the up coming year. Those are really the only 2 cons of working here. The long hours comes with the industry, and the waiting period I am not sure is industry wide or not.
