Pros

If you know your inventory and can be strong and hold gross in the deal you can make some money,

Cons

Change the pay plan to screw the salespeople (even more.) Log your commission on your own and keep an eye on it. They will skim cash off of it for anything they can think of. We were given spiffs on aftersale products but were always paid late for it. Almost like they want you to beg for it.

Pros

Introduction / pathway into higher ticket sales, negotiation experience and networking with clientele. Some of the best benefits compared to other Automotive companies.

Cons

Unfortunately I’ve dealt with harassment, religious discrimination, and just blatant disrespect on a daily basis. I look forward to leaving.
