Pros
Bagels every Friday and always bowls of fruit every morning. Free Starbucks coffee. Environment is respectful most people seem happy with their jobs. There isn't too much pressure, but you are expected to produce in a timely manner. The expectations are reasonable. Not too much politics considering it is a large corporation.
Cons
Compensation is on the low end of the median and there is very little upward mobility. The only time anyone gets promoted is when a new department is opened and those generally get filled with outsiders. There is a layer of management missing (weird to say I know), but most people report to a director who has no time for managing. There are times when it would be good to have a manager to go to for guidance. However, its also nice that there doesn't seem to be much micromanaging.
