Company lacks focus in regards to daily kpi’s and performance metrics. They try to implement multiple changes at once and expect performance to reflect the changes immediately. Normal auto industry gripes of long hours. Lack of true support recruiting new team members. They will implement changes and not give store managers ability to hire appropriate staff to achieve desired results.
