Pros
Strong brand. Easier to be on the right side of sales. Provides good 401k program. Regular schedule.
Cons
You have to work some extra hours if you are going to be successful, shrinking pay plan on a yearly basis, Autonation's overall plan for salespeople is make it a 35k salaried job. Which means they are going to continue putting processes into place that minimize a salesperson's ability to be greatly affective at their job. While that may never actually happen it's making it harder to make money on individual sales due to the aggressive pricing structure.
