Disorganized sales department and TOO MANY SALESPEOPLE - Sales Associate AutoNation Employee Review

Too many sales people at this store, slow/inconsistent support from management. Takes too long to desk a deal, takes too long to get a customer into finance. Very difficult to make a living at a store as a salesperson at a store splitting our customer base with 32 other people. Sales would be much better with a floor of 17-20 people. No BMW geniuses at this store, and no porters for the sales department. Good luck making money here unless you're in management or f&i
